Delivery and Returns Policy

Son güncelleme: 21.09.2026. Bu koşullar, sipariş üzerine hazırlanan ev yapımı gıda ürünlerinin teslimat, iptal ve iade sürecini açıkça anlatmak için hazırlanmıştır.

1. Placing an order

There is no basket or online payment. Orders are placed through mutual discussion on WhatsApp. An order becomes final once both parties confirm the product, quantity, date and price. Preparation does not start and you incur no obligation until you approve.

2. Preparation time

Products are prepared to order, not from stock. The delivery date is agreed according to the current order schedule. We do not accept a date we cannot meet.

3. Local delivery

• Delivery takes place on the agreed day and within the agreed time window.
• If no recipient is at the address, we will make contact. As the food is perishable, it may not be possible to wait.
• Storage instructions are also explained verbally at delivery.

4. Shipping

• Only suitable products are shipped; suitability is assessed according to distance and season.
• We aim to dispatch early in the week to avoid products being held in transit.
• Transit time is the carrier’s responsibility and cannot be guaranteed by us. We inform you of the expected time before dispatch.
• Open the package immediately on arrival and check the product temperature.

5. Exception to the right of withdrawal

Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, food that is perishable or may expire and products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after delivery fall outside the right of withdrawal. Returns are therefore not accepted for food that has been prepared and delivered.

6. Defective or damaged products

The exception above does not remove our responsibility for defective products. If your order arrives damaged, at an unsuitable temperature or different from what you ordered , please:

1. Do not eat the product.
2. Photograph the package and product.
3. On the same day, let us know on WhatsApp.

We will review the situation together and offer a reasonable solution, including replacement or a refund where appropriate.

7. Cancelling an order

No charge applies to cancellations before preparation starts. After preparation begins, a charge reflecting ingredients used may apply; this is discussed clearly when the order is confirmed.

8. Pricing

Prices vary by quantity, product and delivery method, so no fixed list is published. The quoted price applies to that order and is fixed when you approve it.
